Mr. Irwin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from Widener School of Law. Mr. Irwin is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law; a recognition only 7% of all eligible attorneys in the state of Florida achieve.
Matt's memberships include the Florida Bar Association, Florida Bar Association Family Law Section, Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Bar Family Law Section, Lee County Bar Appellate Law Section, as well as the Association of Family Law Professionals.
Prior to becoming managing partner of Men's Rights Law Firm, Mr. Irwin worked as a counselor for men who were incarcerated in the Delaware County Prison system in Pennsylvania.
Matthew Irwin is passionate about Men's Rights, aggressively representing the interests of husbands and fathers involved in divorce and other family law matters.

Mr. Irwin has accumulated extensive experience in both the circuit civil court as well as the 2nd District Court of Appeals in all areas of marital and family law. He was instrumental in the Florida Supreme Court appeal which ultimately led to the removal of the “Pay or Appear” Program in Lee County.
